What I’m Not

All of the introductions on a blog talk about who you are or what you are all about.
So I figured I would write about what I’m not.

I’m not materialistic. I could throw money down the drain if it meant experiences in my pocket. Fancy cars and cell phones priced at 800.00? Count me out.

I’m not outgoing. I’m the wallflower sitting aside observing life go by.

I’m not comfortable in crowds. Too much energy to feed off of tires me out faster than any mile run.

I’m not above spending all day doing nothing but reading a book and eating pasta.

I’m not into small talk that leads no where. (And not just because I am AWFUL at it).

I’m not excited by sports, but when it comes time for the Oscar’s, I treat it like it is my own personal Super Bowl.

I’m not someone who sits around and waits for others to catch up to my dreams. I go for it and wait for you at the finish line.

I’m not political, but I will give you all of my opinions on every aspect of politics.

I’m not convinced Jon Snow should be the one to sit on the Iron Throne at the end of Game of Thrones. (There are better options, just saying).

I’m not someone who enjoys the outdoors, but will crave it from time to time.

I’m not into labels or putting people into imaginary boxes.

And I’m not someone who makes lists about themselves when they have a billion other things to do.

Can I borrow this idea? I’m trying to blog for 105 days and my questions are getting dull. This sounds like fun.

Sure! No problem. I can’t wait to read it.

Thanks. I may use it for tomorrow’s post. It seems like we have a lot in common, which I think is pretty cool.
